Richards Adams, with his local government colleagues, managed to wrest Rutland back from Leicestershire in the 1990’s. They had persevered for over twenty years to regain County status for their beloved Rutland. Richard was their Chief Planning Officer, Director of Services and then Deputy Chief Executive Officer. He will talk about his work and also show us the fruits of his lifelong love of photography.
