Elimination of HIV Transmission to Children

Thu, Feb 25th 2016 at 12:30 pm - 2:00 pm

A presentation by David Hill and Chris Mayes (Rotary Club of Stokesley) on the current status of the ABC Project (Aids-Free Birthright for Children).

The ABC Project

The ABC Project was developed by Dr Mohammed Kibirige, a member of the Rotary Club of Middlesbrough, and is a favourite within the District.

David and Chris gave us an excellent presentation to bring us up to date on the work of this project. Click on the image above to see a PDF version of their presentation.

It was interesting to note that links are being established with a similar Rotary project in the USA - a group called Rotarians for Family Health and Aids Prevention - RFHA.  Click on the image below to go to their website.
