A talk by Past District Governor Jean Thompson

Thu, Jul 21st 2016 at 12:30 pm - 2:00 pm

PDG Jean described to us the role of a Rotary Club in support of a District Governor

Our member Stewart Atkin will be District Governor in the Rotary Year 2018-19 - we need to be prepared!

Jean described her experiences travelling around the District with her "minders" - around a total of 10,000 miles! And the highlight of her year - the District Conference in Harrogate where her fellow members (from the Newton Aycliffe Club) ulled out all the stops to support her.

Durham Club members - be prepared!
