District Governor Nominee, Rtn Steve Martin of the Rotary Club of Neston gave a talk on his experiences as a 'Bobby on the beat' in London through to his experiences in the Merseyside Police Dog Handling Unit of working with, and training, police dogs in all forms of detection of drugs, people, DNA samples etc., etc.
