Our Meetings  

The first Tuesday we meet at a pub (please see our Club Calander/Program for details) at 7:00 for 7:30pm.

The second Tuesday is our Business Meeting and is held at various venues at 5:30 for 6:00pm.

The third Tuesday  is our Coffee Morning at 10:30 to 11:30am and the venue will vary. Please see the Club Calendar/Program for details. 

The forth Tuesday is our Speaker Evening, 6:30 for 7:00pm and the venue will be stated on our Club Calendar/Program.

'What We Do' Main Pages:

A team from our Club supported the Hook Fun Run Committee in providing Marshalls for their annual event which was held on 19th May. It was a very successful day with more than 2000 runners of all ages competing in various competitions.

Coffee Stall at Hartlett Park, Hook

A team of Rotarians set-up a Coffee/Tea Stall on Saturday16th March to provide the parents with a hot drink as they watched their children play football. The aim of our presence at this event was to encourage local residence to help at Rotary events.

Our Annual Foundation Lunch was held at El Castello Restaurant, Odiham on 28th May. Our Guest Speaker was Nick Vaughan, District Lead - Rotary Foundation and we raised £500 on the day to support the many Foundation causes ,worldwide.

Rotary Charitable Donations for 2022-2023

Rotary run the Main Entry Gate at the Basingstoke Festival of Transport. A team from our Club worked non-stop through the day as they collected the parking fees for this event on Sunday 19th May which was organised by the Basingstoke-Deane Rotary Club.

Emily Thorpe from Hook Junior School was runner-up in this year's District Young Writer Competition. Presenting Emily with her Certificate is Kerry Barnes who leads our Youth Programme. Well done Emily.

Odiham Church Fete 2024

The Rotary Club of Odiham and Hook staffed the gates and collected the entrance donations. There were well over 2,000 people attending and the Church made a profit of over £10,500. A very enjoyable and successful day.
