Our Meetings  

The first Tuesday we meet at a pub (please see our Club Calander/Program for details) at 7:00 for 7:30pm.

The second Tuesday is our Business Meeting and is held on zoom starting at 7:30pm.

The third Wednesday  is our Coffee Morning at 10:30 to 11:30am and the venue will vary. Please see the Club Calendar/Program for details. 

The forth Tuesday is our Speaker Evening, 6:00 for 6:30pm and the venue will be stated on our Club Calendar/Program.

One of our key focused areas at Rotary is "Basic Education and Literacy" and we have help expand the selection of Staged Reading Books (Banded Books) at our 4 local schools, Hook Junior, Mayhill, Long Sutton and Whitewater.

This document records the names of those who gave their generous time and support during the Covid-19 Pandemic by assisting the NHS in Marshalling cars and people at the Hampshire Court Hotel, Basingstoke from December 2020 to June 2021.

Founded in 1989 our Club celebrates 30 years of fundraising and support for local and international causes.

During the Covid-19 Pandemic our club was able to collect 9 sewing machines and many tools from the local community and we are very grateful for their support. We delivered them to TFSR in July and we were also given a tour of their unique facility.

Our club is very pleased to support the Church Fete by collecting the entrance fees and supporting the Coconut Shy

Our club supported the last Fire Show in Odiham.We were very successful with the Whiskey Raffle and modelling balloons for the children. We also provided wristbands for all the children with their parents mobile number written on it in case they got lost.

December is our busiest month of the year and in 2019 we had a great result by collecting almost £8,600 from our Christmas Sleigh activities which is a new record for our club.

The Rotary Club of Odiham and Hook are very pleased to support the refurbishment of Baker Hall which is home for 150 Scouts and Guides (6 Troops).

We had a wonderful time starting with a special concert just for us followed by a visit to Brussels, Magritte Museum and the battle field of Waterloo

The collection of tools was very successful at Tesco on Saturday 15th June, 2019 and we completely filled the Tools for Self Reliance van as a result of the great support from the community.
