      A: Prawn and Avocado cocktail

  1. B:  French Onion soup with a gruyere crouton

  2. C:  Breast of wood pigeon, sweet and sour baby plums

  3. D:  Stilton rarebit stuffed field mushroom with a watercress

    and pear salad


  4. E:  Cod loin stuffed with sun-dried tomato marmalade, wrappedin pancetta, served with crushed new potatoes, green vegetables & saffron sauce

  5. F:  Beef Wellington, gratin potatoes & vegetables with wine jus

  6. G:  Breast of guinea fowl, served with celeriac & potato rosti, carrot puree, rainbow chard, red wine & blackcurrant sauce

  7. H:  Asparagus risotto with rocket & parmesan


  8. I:  Chocolate fondant, caramel sauce & salted caramel ice cream

  9. J:  Raspberry & white chocolate millefeuille

  10. K:  Creme Catalan
