X-entricity Theatre Visit

A party of twenty-two Rotarians and friends of Ross Rotary, had planned to attend the Ross based X-entricity Youth Theatre Group's performance of Shrek The Musical at The Courtyard Theatre in Hereford

The format would, as normal, would have been an optional pre-production light meal in The Courtyard's own Café Bar at 6pm followed by the theatre performance of Shrek The Musical at 7:30pm
Unfortunately the event had to be re-scheduled from May 20th to the 21st October due to Covid-19
All tickets were transfered and awaiting receipt of an up to date menu for meal selections
Regretably The Courtyard have advised a further postponment of "Shrek the Musical" and rescheduled to 8th of MAY 2022
22OCT20 UPDATE: Refund of booking payment has been requested (could take 60 days to process)
