Those members of District 1190 who were unable to watch the live #Think Differently Zoom webinar presentations on the evenings of 20-22 April 2021 can now watch a recorded version by clicking on each link below.


Session 1:

Session 1 opens with an introduction by DGE Ian McTurk followed by a presentation by incoming Chair of Rotary in Great Britain and Ireland, David Ellis. James Onions from the Rotary Club of Kew Gardens gives a presentation about Inter Country Committees with the session finishing with a presentation by incoming District Environment officer, Dawn Taylor.

Session 2:

Session 2 began with Phil Dyer, Assistant Rotary Co-ordinator for Public Image followed by presentations from David Hartley, Rotary GB & I Rotaract lead and Steve Martin, Zone 20 RI co-ordinator for membership.


Session 3:

Session 3 began with a presentation by Jean Billingsley talking about Envirnmental Sustainability. This was followed by presentations from the District Leaders of the Foundation, Community & Vocational and Youth Teams.

For over 30 years, Rotary’s own charity, Rotary Foundation, has spearheaded the global campaign to eradicate polio. In that time; the number of countries in which polio is endemic has fallen from 125 to 2; Afghanistan and Pakistan.


It seems we may have poets amongst us. This page is for members to showcase their talents. No judgments, no prizes, just for the enjoyment.
