Fellowship

Fun is a key part of Rotary membership. We put a lot of energy and enthusiasm into the social side of the Club.

Overlooking the beautiful Loire Valley, Amboise was the destination for 28 Rotarians and partners recently.

Some travelled by plane, by train, and some enjoyed driving to meet at the hotel. Visits were organised to castles, gardens and vineyards and some fabulous restaurants.
Rotarian Richard Walden and his lovely wife Carol retired to Amboise several years ago, and had fun organising and trialling the establishments! Richard said "it's hard work, but someone's got to do it!"
