The Rudolph Project 2019

Mon, Jul 1st 2019 at 12:00 pm- Wed, Dec 31st 2025 - 11:55 pm

This was the 6th year of the Rudolph Project, selling wooden reindeers, snowmen, and Easter bunnies to support various charities.

We started the Rudolph Project 2019 at the Rotary District 1020 Conference in Aviemore on 25-27 October 2019 and we are gradually cutting back on sales. This is our 6th year and Rudolph and friends have proved to be just as much part of the West Lothian community. We have diversified in Year 6, with: Rotary District 1020 Conference in Aviemore; 16+ selling venues throughout West Lothian and Edinburgh;  "Build your own Snowman" workshops with community groups and children with educational needs;  wonderful collaboration with Bathgate Squadron 1271 Air Force Cadets who assembled Rudolphs, owls and snowmen; sales displays kindly provided by Craigshill Good Neighbour Network, Livingston and Wilson's Greengrocers in Musselburgh and North Berwick

A very special thank you to everyone who has helped and supported us in 2019. It is quite wonderful when you come back to add on to your collections of Rudolphs, owls and snowmen. We have had another excellent year and the wonderful SKY TV have again offered to match-fund the monies we have raised.
