Rotary Santa is coming very soon

ROTARY SANTA FOR CHILDREN AND SOME ADULTS

Now for something completely different!
This year we are asking people to #WaveToSanta from your doorstep.

With the changes needed because of Covid and the uncertainty of the weather we must remain flexible until the last moment. Due to different requirements such as government guidance, local authority requirements and RIBI insurance conditions the routes will be the same but .......

No house to house collections

No chocolate coins

What will happen?

Santa will be travelling in his own sleigh suitably adapted to be COVID safe.

A vehicle will travel ahead of the routes with a tannoy system, telling the public that Santa is on his way but please stay at your front door or window and wave.

With the sleigh there will be two elves.

Rotary Santa is shared between the Rotary Club of Royal Wootton Bassett Town and us.

Friday 4th Dec - RWB, Parsons Way and Noredown Way areas
Monday 7th Dec - RWB, Poets Estate Wednesday 9th Dec - Lyneham
Friday 11th Dec - Lydiard Millicent
Monday 14th Dec - RWB, Green Park
Wednesday 16th Dec - Lyneham
Friday 18th Dec - Free night for potential weather delays

We are hoping that there will still be a Santa collection on the High Street on Christmas Eve and possibly the Saturday before.
