Festive Fun Bags


Rotary Club of Strood President Hazel Sheehan (left) today handed over 48 bags of fun for the children of local families in Strood who attend the local foodbank. These were given to Jonica a representative from St Francis Church in Strood for distribution by volunteers from the Church.

'What We Do' Main Pages:

President Hazel assisted by her granddaughter Isabelle has delivered 50 bags for children to St Nicholas in Strood. They will be sent out to families in need over the next few days. The Reverend David Green sends his thanks to Strood Rotary.

This event will take place on Saturday 12th February 2022 from 7pm.  The event will take place at Shorne Village Hall with tickets priced at £12 (please bring your own drinks and snacks)

The last annual Quiz was held on 23 February 2019 at Shorne Village Hall where hundreds of pounds was raised for charitable causes. In honour of our quiz setter who died recently we are renaming the trophy the Denis Elvy Cup.
