A talk by Graham Tucker.
Graham studied chemical engineering at university followed by 20 years in process design and development for manufacturing industries including inks, syrups, water treatment paper and medical devices. A keen supporter of environmental campaigns he then moved to developing low carbon energy from waste and is now a low carbon energy consultant.
He is optimistic about how various technologies will enable governments to facilitate the slowing of global warming. At home he has recently changed from oil fired central heating to an air source heat pump. His talk will illustrate how we can ‘think global and act local’.
