Item 1. Financial Report 2019/20
The Trust accounts to 30 Jun 2020 have been examined by Chris Sworn, a qualified accountant, and represent a true and accurate account of the Trust’s affairs; a copy is attached and a copy has been posted on the Club website as a public document; we are not required to forward accounts to the Charity Commission.

Some members continued to make periodic regular donations to Rotary Foundation thus reducing our reliance on fundraising to meet our annual Foundation donation target.
Item 2. Objectives for the new Financial Year 2019/20
The Club has resolved to continue to support the following charities and projects for FY 2019/20:
· The renovation of Bomani Dispensary near Mombasa
· A project in co-operation with Uppwatch and the Neighbourhood Forum to support the aged and youth of our society
The Club will continue to support:
· Rotary International Polio Eradication Campaign
· The Rotary Foundation
· Youth Speaks.
· Uppingham in Bloom
Item 3. Trust Administration
All the current Trustees namely:
· Hugh Holden
· Lesley Wellen (ex officio)
· Paul Laird (ex officio)
· Shane James
· Keith Edwards (ex officio)
agreed to continue serving and were reappointed at the Club Annual General Meeting
The Trust bank account was again maintained at Barclays. Three Trustees (Paul Laird, Lesley Wellen, Hugh Holden) are authorised signatories to the Trust bank account at Barclays Bank Ltd with any 2 required to sign cheques and authorize electronic bank transfers.
The Annual Report Form has been submitted to the Charity Commission and will be available on the Commission website. .
The Trustees Report will be displayed on the Club Website once it has been approved by the Club.
