Litter Picking - June 2021

The hottest day of the year was a fantastic opportunity for Leith Rotary to gather socially on Leith Links.
On Sunday 13th June we participated in the national "Keep Scotland Beautiful" campaign by picking up litter on Leith Links including the children's play area.
The active involvment of the children was a great community educational activity.
Our stall complimented the environmentally friendly market organised by "Earth in Common" in the Leith Community Croft.
'What We Do' Main Pages:
Leith Rotary was established on 17th April, 1952 and "Chartered" on 21st July, 1952. There were 26 members of the Club when it was chartered. The Rotary Club of Edinburgh is the 'Mother Club'. There are now 25 active, and 1 Honorary Member.
