A MESSAGE FROM OUTGOING DISTRICT GOVERNOR BARBARA
As the new Rotary year starts we held our District Handover on the sun terrace at Hallgarth Manor Hotel. Great to be able to enjoy a relaxing afternoon together - we can strongly recommend the afternoon tea at Hallgarth. Good luck to District Governor Alan Cartwright for the year ahead and thank you to all our District for their work during the past twelve months.
