Litter Picking

Litter Picking and Recycling

We are regularly organising a litter pick around the footpaths of Rushden and Higham Ferrers.  The last litter pick resulted in the recycling of many tree supports which were no longer required at the site.  Our corporate member, Liz Wykes, of Wykes Engineering, loaded her boot with these and will reuse them when planting  trees at a new site.

Another successful litter pick took place on 18th September, 2021.at Thrapston Lakes, organised together with the Rotary Club of Thrapston and Raunds.
