The six Fairs (July and October Fairs were lost due to forecast inclement weather) raised over £5,300 which is on a par with the monies raised at seven fairs in the record year of 2018.
The August Fair resulted in the greatest number of stalls with 85 stalls, but the June Fair was the most successful with over £1,100 raised. In total this year there were 394 stalls at all the fairs, an average of 65.7 per fair.
The Rotary plant stall set a record in August by taking a massive £310 exceeding the previous record of £276 set in 2018. Including the plant stall, the Rotary stall sold nearly £920 of items. Vendor donations totalled nearly £270. Over £1,000 was deposited in our donation buckets.
All the money raised at the Rotary Boot, Craft and Produce Fairs by Seaford Rotary will be put to good use for charitable causes.
Seaford Rotary is glad to be able to announce that Rotary Boot, Craft and Produce Fairs will take place on the West Martello Field on the following dates in 2022, 3rd April, 1st May, 5th June, 3rd July, 7th August, 4th September, and 2nd October.
We hope the weather will be kind to Seaford on these Sundays and look forward to seeing you there.

more THE SKY was not laden with moisture-bearing clouds, and so on the first of the month it was possible to hold the first of two Boot, Craft and Produce Fairs in August unlike the July fair which was cancelled due to the forecast of inclement weather.
more A chill spring morning with blue skies greeted the early risers who made their way to the first Seaford Rotary Boot, Craft and Produce Fair of 2021.

more An additional fair was arranged for 11th October, and although there was a north wind which kept the temperature cool for the early starters, the sky was blue, the wind light and soon a continuous flow of people arrived to investigate possible bargains.
more It was a cold strong northerly wind that greeted the stallholders as they arrived to set up for the second Rotary Boot Fair on the last Sunday in September.
more An early morning rain shower did not deter the eager stallholders who arrived to set up at the second Rotary Boot, Craft and Produce Fair on the Martello Fields on 6th September.
more The Sunday morning dawned with a warm blue sky accompanied by the occasional white cloud and a gentle breeze, ideal weather for the return of the Seaford Rotary Boot, Craft and Produce Fair after a long absence.
more The Saturday before the fair was warm and sunny and so when the morning of Sunday 2nd June also dawned sunny seventy-six stall holders were tempted to ply their wares at the June Boot, Craft and Produce Fair.
