Rotary ‘Oscar’ for Dave Argent

At the recent District conference at Brighton in early October (See November 2021 Newsmonger), Dave Argent was identified as an unsung hero.

So, when District Governor Roger Stent visited Seaford Rotary on 3rd November, he was glad to be able to present Dave Argent with a Rotary ‘Oscar’ certificate for recognition of ‘Always being there to help whenever he is needed’.

On being presented with the award, Dave Argent said “I’m so surprised, it is a great honour to receive this award but in accepting it, I am accepting it on behalf of Seaford Rotary as without teamwork this award would not be possible.
