District Conference 2022 -Saturday 12 March - University Of Warwick

I would like to invite everyone to join in for the District 1060 Conference. I would love for all the members in District 1060 to be able to attend, meet other Rotarians, face to face and renew friendships.

Unfortunately, prevalent restrictive conditions of the Pandemic prevent this. To find the best solution, we listened to the members and decided to have a ‘Hybrid Conference’. That too within the District so the travelling is kept to a minimum.

The hybrid conference will be held on Saturday 12 March from 0900am for 0930am start until approx. 3.30pm at the University of Warwick in the superb Scarman Conference Suite.

We have had to restrict the numbers to allow for room to distance. Due to this, spaces will be limited and on the basis of ‘First come First served’.

Registration is FREE and there is a minimal, subsidised, charge of £15 which will include the following:

Tea / Coffee on Arrival

Tea / Coffee / Biscuits during the breaks

3 course buffet lunch

Parking on site

Please encourage, especially, your new members to come along meet the District Team and find out more about Rotary.

The conference will also be broadcast via ZOOM if you are unable to attend in person. Link to register for this will be available shortly, once issued by the venue.

We have some exciting speakers, so please join in. Form for the live (£15) have been sent to you as an attachment in the email and the link for ZOOM will follow shortly.
