Stall Holders and Catering

This year will be the 10th year we have run the event. 

Our show now attracts over 400 exhibiting cars and bikes.

Foot traffic was around 2000 adults, plus children under 12 who have free entry.

We seek to make this a family friendly day out with food, live music, a Licenced Bar for non-drivers, Car & Bike Exhibitors, a Show and Shine Competition, Trade Stands, General traders and Charity Stalls.

Would you like a Stall at the Show, provide some Catering and or Entertainment, if so please send an  email to traders@cromfordclassics.org.uk and and we will come back to you as soon as possible.

• Hot food spaces are limited and traders are asked to contact the organisers as soon as possible for details on attending.
• Non hot food commercial sites are charged at £30 per single pitch.
• There will be no charge for registered charity stalls, however a donation to the event, profits from which are used for charitable purposes, would be appreciated.
• Pitches at the show will be allocated on arrival and will be laid out to 5 metres wide by 8 metres deep, with room for a vehicle to be parked in the rear.  
• Those wishing to take larger sites please contact the organisers as below.
• There is no provided electric provision to pitches
• To avoid conflict, hot food and drink providers are requested to contact the organisers before making payment.
• As the bar at The Rugby Club will open during the event no general sales of alcohol will be permitted.
• To reserve a space please apply by emailing  traders@cromfordclassics.org.uk setting out the type of stall you wish to provide.
• On acceptance of your application we will send a confirmation email, invoice and details of how to pay.
• Only pre booked and prepaid stall holders and caterers will be permitted access to the event.
