Duke of Edinburgh Award

The Duke of Edinburgh's Award (commonly abbreviated DofE) is a youth awards programme founded in the United Kingdom in 1956 by our late Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, Rotarian, that has since expanded to 144 nations.


Rotary International in Great Britain and Ireland (RIBI) is the association of Rotary clubs within England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland.

Interact

For young people aged 12 to 18 to work together helping others in their communities and across the world, whilst having fun and learning about the world.

They are based in secondary schools or colleges and organise at least two service projects a year: one that benefits their community and one that benefits international understanding.
