New Forest Rotarians Join a Lantern Workshop
Sally and Ken Ball and Jane Wilson-Brown recently had great fun at Hanger Farm Arts Centre where, under the skilful instruction of Councillor Caroline Rackham, they were able to convert plastic bottles into beautiful lanterns for Totton and Eling Lantern Parade.
New Forest Rotary were very pleased to be able to sponsor two Lantern Workshops for the young people from Minstead Trust and to enable them to take part in the parade.
They are staging a ‘Paddington Bear Christmas Grotto’ at their stall on the day of the Parade, Sunday 4th December at 2.00 pm. Do come along to support them and see if you can win a lovely Paddington Teddy by guessing where Paddington is going for his Christmas holiday.
