Young Chef 2023

Young Chef District 1010 final at UHI Perth


We were delighted to send two High School of Dundee pupils, Diya Prasad and Maxwell Fletcher, to the recent Rotary Young Chef competition held at UHI Perth. They had a fantastic time preparing their menus in the training kitchen at the college under the watchful eye of the professional chefs. Whilst not successful in going through to the national final this year, both Diya and Maxwell are incredibly talented young chefs and we hope they might participate again in future years.
