A substantial grant from Knaresborough Rotary’s Waugh Trust has enabled the purchase of a new Youth base (a converted van) providing a versatile space to expand youth provision in Knaresborough, and surrounding areas where there is limited or no provision

Knaresborough Rotary have welcomed new member Stephanie Blevins. Stephanie retired from Jet2 after 22 years where she was a General Manager in Contracts and Commercial Administration. Prior to that she worked for the NHS and served in the RAF.

Staff and pupils at local schools and Scout groups have been busy filling shoeboxes as part of Knaresborough Rotary’s annual collection for orphanages and children’s homes in Eastern Europe.
