Hyacinths Selling
Beaminster and Morrisons in Bridport
On the first two Saturday's in December we paid our annual visits to Beaminster with a stall on the Market Square. We were welcomed by customers from previous years as well as a few new ones.
On Saturday 9 December, we were also selling in the pleasant warmth of Morrisons supermarket in Bridport from 9.00 to 2.00pm. About 80 pots were sold and we received generous donations from a number of shoppers who didn't buy bulbs.
About 130 pots remain. We are hopeful that most of those will be sold from our three locations on Saturday 16 December. They are, Bucky Doo and Morrisons from 9.00 to 12.30 and at Felicity's Farm Shop on the A35 at Morcombelake from 9.45 to 11.30am.
