A treat for Stroud Women's Refuge

Visiting Giffords Circus

Earlier this year we had a visit from Nacy of Giffords Circus. We wondered if we could fund places for the women and children at Stroud Women's Refuge so they could see the circus.  This was something they could never have done in the past.

We asked Giffords: “Oh no”, they said “you don't need to pay, we'd be delighted.”

We also needed a fully licensed coach driver, and asked Ian Jarvis Coaches – “Oh no, you don't need to pay”.

We then asked Ebley Coaches for a suitable coach, – “Oh no, you don't need to pay”.

What else did we need? … sweets and treats … and, you guessed it: Giffords said; “It's all on us!”

So yes, we did arrange the visit, it took place and the feedback made us cry. Wow! Thank you to Giffords Circus, Ian Jarvis Coaches and Ebley Coaches - you changed lives!
