Summer Community Fête

Thu, Aug 8th 2024 at 11:00 am - 5:00 pm

The summer community fête will be back again this summer!

This event has been a mainstay of the Swanage summer programme over many years.

All the familiar activities will be taking place, weather permitting, including the hoop-la, darts, 'ball-in-a-bucket', the cornhole game and children's games. Once again we will also have a tombola, a bottle stall and bric-a-brac and the very popular face painting for the children will also be back.

Refreshments will be available from the main tent and the barbeque. There will be many other stalls, selling everything from books to arts and crafts.

The Grand Raffle will be drawn on the day and tickets will be available to buy either at the event on the day or from locations in the town centre in the days preceeding the event. We are sure to have a stella line-up of prizes to whet your appetite.

More details will follow much nearer the time, but for now if you would like to express interest in having a stall or getting involved in any other way, please download and complete this application form.

Please also make sure that you bookmark the date so that you can make plans for what we hope will be another wonderfuil summer's day.

We're really looking forward to seeing everyone again. Fingers crossed that the weather will be perfect for everyone to be able to enjoy the day!
