Burns Night

Great night celebrating Robbie Burns and raising money for Polio Plus.

Blessing of the Haggis

Another great Burns Night for Rotary Club of Dukinfield & Stalybridge.

Our resident Piper, Huge MacDonald, blessed our haggis and received a Paul Harris Fellowship Award.  Chris Harvie read 'The Selkirk Grace' and 'To a Mouse', in his fabulous accent, making it all the more authentic. Rtn Jack Jackson read an amazing version of 'The Immortal Momory to Robert Burns'.

Rtn Ian Cockrane also received a Paul Harris Feoowship from our clun, resented to him by our incoming President Rtn Michael Weir - kilts and all!

A huge thank you to everyone for their generous support, and raising money for Rotary's Polio Plus Appeal.

Looking forward to next year!
