An update on HS2
.
On 17th April the club was joined by guests to hear how the tunnelling project of HS2 had progressed and we learned that the two tunnels had been completed and that work on the various openings to allow access to them was on schedule. A team four from Align HS2 gave the presentation and answered questions on the project and the environmental issues that it raised.

more This annual event in Drake Hall, Amersham gives 130 to 150 elderly residents of Amersham a wonderful evening out. As well as a great show, the audience can enjoy free transport, a free glass of sherry, a free raffle ticket and free interval refreshments.
