Kids Out 2012 at Cairnie by Cupar

"The Rotary club of St Andrews recently entertained a group of local children and their carers to a fun day out.  The event, which is part of the annual Kids Out day supported by Rotary Clubs throughout U.K., was held at the playground at Cairnie fruit farm near Cupar. The children, all of whom have special needs, came from Canongate Primary School and Madras College. 

 

The staff at Cairnie, with their cheerful, willing and helpful support, ensured that the children thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Fife Fire and Rescue and a dog handling team from Fife Constabulary also attended and  the children greatly enjoyed seeing the fire engine and being with the dogs. As in previous years, Morrisons very generously donated picnic boxes for the children and their carers. The picnic lunch is always a highlight of the children
