The Charity Christmas Card Sale took place in The Town Hall on Saturday 27th October. Seven charities took stalls in the Supper Room while Heart Start converted the Foyer into a convincingly realistic surgery. A stalwart team comprising John Ardley, Alex Clark, Andrew Aitken and George Ferguson assisted the convener in serving coffees.teas and mince pies. Hamish Tait and Kirsty Hastie’s Heart Start team took over 20 blood pressures and provided coaching in the use of a defibrillator.
