Wormit Primary retained the trophy when they defeated Tayport in the final -- 10 teams took part.

Primary Schools 7-a-Side
The
final whistle declared Wormit Primary School the winner in Rotary
Club's annual Primary Schools 7-a-side Football. They had beaten Tayport by a very close 1
goal to nil. The other semi-finalists
were Anstruther and Pittenweem Primary Schools. This was the 41st year that Rotary
Club had staged the event and 100 children from ten East Fife schools took part. Keir Little who accepted the Trophy on behalf
of Wormit said, "The competition was great!"
