Kids Out 2018

KidsOut Update - 5 April 2018

Registrations are coming in thick and fast for this year's National Rotary KidsOut Day, with just under 10 weeks to go!

In addition to the RIBI Home Committee Newsletter which was circulated via email to all Rotarians prior to Easter, I am writing directly to you hopefully to ensure everyone gets the message.

On-Line Registration

As last year all KidsOut Day Registrations are being done on line. Please click on the link:

'Baseball' Caps"

Should you require any free issue baseball caps, you will also need to order these separately to the above. Please note the deadline / closing date for ordering the caps is 7 May, caps will be delivered to the address stated on your order form in time for your KidsOut Day Event. Please click on the link:

“I am not a Robot”

When registering your event / ordering 'caps', at the bottom of the on-line registration form there is a box stating 'I am not a Robot' - you will need to tick this box and follow any further instructions. Failure to not tick the box will result of any registration not being processed.

Completion of your On-Line Registration / Cap Order – Confirmation

Immediately after completing your 'order' etc, you should
(a) See a 'Thank You' message at the bottom of the screen before logging off the registration page
(b) Receive an email reply (also check your Spam/Trash folder) confirming your full registration details

Should you have any queries relating to KidsOut Day, please contact Steve Cartwright without delay rather than leave matters until the last minute, with hopefully over 30,000 children taking advantage of a great day out, things get more than a little hectic as 13 June gets nearer.

Contacting Steve Cartwright

Due to various commitments Steve will be on his travels from 12 May - 10 June, therefore, should you wish to contact him, do so via email: This will enable Steve to action and respond to any queries with the minimum of delay.
