Rotary Young Chef competition

Madras pupils mentored by Craig Sneddon, Head Chef at the R&A competed to be selected for the District 1010 final in January
After much fun yet stress against the clock, 3 girls were selected to advance to the District finals in January.
Some of the preperation was excellent and even dishes that did not quite go as planned tasted delicious.
All the pupils taking part were so grateful to Craig Sneddon for his advice and new ideas.
Craig has agreed to give the 3 finalists some extra tuition before the final.
