Cramlington Rotary help Red Squirrels

Cramlington Rotary work with their local Red Squirrel Group to monitor the red squirrels

Members of Cramilington Rotary worked with their local Red Squirrel Group to purchase and install cameras in the East Cramilington Wildlife Park. The cameras are used to monitor the red squirrels to get an idea of their numbers and health. How great that most of the sightings this Spring are of healthy 'reds'.

Another example of how local Rotary members are helping the environment - in this case funds from The Rotary Foundation assisted the project.

Well done to all concerned
