Hot on the heels of the successful District Conference weekend held in Cheltenham in October 2023, we’re already looking forward to a great few days of networking, exchanging ideas and initiatives, celebrating achievements, meeting Rotary colleagues and having fun, this time in Oxford.

Conference 2024 will be taking place between Friday 18th and Sunday 20th October at the Doubletree by Hilton hotel in Thame, near Oxford.

The programme will take the usual format of a dinner and entertainment on the Friday evening with Saturday morning conference sessions including a variety of speakers designed to inform and amuse. On the Saturday afternoon there will also be an opportunity to explore the local area, located as it is on the edge of the university town of Oxford. Then there will be a Gala Dinner and entertainment on the Saturday evening.

On the Sunday we will hear more speakers covering a variety of Rotary’s areas of focus and the event will conclude at lunchtime with an optional final lunch before departing.

All the details will follow as soon as they are confirmed, and we expect to be able to start bookings by mid April but why not bookmark the dates now so that you are ready to register as soon as registration opens?
