Using the Editor

When you go to add a page to your website, part of the form will probably have the 'html editor' toolbars as shown in the video below. Depending on which pages you are using - and what level of access you have - different buttons may be displayed. For example, members aren't able to upload files and images.

It is also worth remembering that it is probably easier - and quicker - to write your report first in your own time and at your own pace on your word processor; stick to plain text and use the facilities in the editor to make it more attractive.

Using plain text can be quite important - if you try to style things in Word, for example, you can end up having thousands of lines of unnecessary code added to your page. This can mean you are unable to update the page in the future!
