Who Are We?

We are part of Rotary International (video), the world's largest service organisation, with over 1,200,000 members in 200 countries. We extend a warm welcome to all visiting Rotarians and guests.

Do we think Rotary Makes a Difference? Hear what member Kath Silson has to say (audio clip) on High Peak Radio - and check out our tongue-in-cheek YouTube clip to see for yourself. To discover what being a member of Rotary International is like, view this video clip and check out Rotary Basics. To find out about joining Rotary generally, click Rotary in Great Britain & Ireland. If you like what you've heard and seen, and you live in the Buxton area, then get to know us - contact our Club Secretary for more information, and please browse our site. We undertake various service, social, fun and fund-raising Activities. You are most welcome to help with any of our projects and come along to our twice-monthly Wednesday evening meetings - having dinner after Club business/speaker is optional.
