Three ex pupils of Wensleydale School,Jodie & Sam Blackburn and Harry Dinsdale, gave an excellent presentation on their visit to Amala School in India

Amala School in Southern India provides accommodation and education for parentless and otherwise disadvantaged children. The Rotary Club of Wensleydale has provided financial support for one of these for many years.

Pupils from the sixth form of Wensleydale School visit Amala on alternate years, helping teach English etc., and are always themselves enriched by the experience.
