6:45 for 7.00pm Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting of the Club will be held at 7 pm on Thursday 25 April at The Langley Arms.#

The agenda is as follows:

1. Receiving annual reports from the President and any committee chairman or officers.

2. Receiving the Treasurer's report and proposed budget and determining fees for the next Rotary year 2013/2014.

3. Electing Honorary members.

4. Confirming the appointment of, or selection of  the Chairpersons of Committees. 

5.Electing the Ordinary members of Council.

6. Appointing a person or persons to examine the Club's annual accounts.

7.Electing one representative (and substitute) of the Club on the District Council and one additional representative (and substitute) for every 25 or major fraction thereof of its active members.
