The Leeds Rotary Club Young Citizen Award is for young people from schools, colleges and youth organisations in Leeds, who have shown us all shining examples of what young people of today are doing for their schools, fellow pupils and communities.
The award ceremony this year takes place in the Banqueting Hall of the Civic Hall on Monday 26 January 2015 at 6.30pm when the Lord Mayor of Leeds, Councillor David Congreve, will present nominees with certificates and books of their choice donated by our sponsor Chef Works Europe Ltd.
The audience at the award ceremony is always amazed at the array of activities the youngsters are involved in, in addition to all their exams, homework and participation in sports and school activities.
