Rotary Mountain Challenge June '06

They have made it! A team of 6 members of the Rotary Club of Thame - called "Team Thame Terriers" – successfully completed the “Rotary Mountain Challenge” – 3 peaks in less than 24 hours. The Thame team was the only Rotary Club from the whole of Thames Valley to attend the event among a total from 14 Rotary Clubs from all over Britain.

Volunteers from BP Collins, Lightfoots, Lucy Electric, Richardsons and Rotary Phoenix had a fantastic day constructing 15 Homes!

Rotary Phoenix has collaborated with 21st Century Thame and local businesses to construct Hedgehog Homes for a project in Thame

Business in the Community - Hedge planting

Rotary Phoenix collaborated with Trees for Thame and local businesses to plant 30m of hedging and 35 trees in the Queen Elizabeth Circle recreation area and a further 12 trees at Hamilton Drive.
