Working in international development means living, sharing, understanding and addressing the needs of people from developing countries: men and women, boys and girls that live in poverty and inhuman conditions. Through the account of the last 10 years of my life and working experiences in Ethiopia, Liberia and UK, I would like to present the stories of some of the people I met and the work done to support them. In particular, I will highlight the importance of working with the most marginalized and vulnerable such as women and girls for the achievement of sustainable development, social justice and a better future for all.
Pictures taken during these years will accompany the presentation.
