We met up with teams from Abergavenny and Abertillary Rotary Clubs. It was a hard fought contest with level pegging, with relatively easy questions, until the final round. Quiz master Christine handed out sheets with shapes of countries on it and told the teams that there were 15 possible points. No points for two teams that did not look at the back of the paper and allowed Abergavenney to come from behind to win. However we console ourselves that we would have won, but now don't have to travel two hours or more for the next round......Well done to everyone!
