Silke Casey, gave a brief introduction to the Chinese game of Mahjong, before demonstrating how it is played. The present form of the game originated during the late 1800,s, although variations can be traced back to much earlier times. Indeed one mythical account relates its origin to Confucius, circa 500 BCE. However, most historians consider that it is based
