Speakers: Bill Lawson & Bill Meadows - “Cruck Cottage”

Bill Lawson, Chairman, CCHA. Born and brought up in the Ewes valley above Langholm.
Served 32 years in D & G Police, and retired with the rank of Inspector. Thereafter worked with the Council Planning at Lockerbie for 8 years before full retirement.
Married with a son and two daughters, and lives across the road from the Cruck Cottage.

Bill Meadows, MBE, Vice Chair, CCHA. Born near Colchester.
Worked with the Forestry Commission for 40 years, retired in 2015, and was awarded the MBE in 2016 for his services to forestry.
Married with two sons, and lives next door to the Cruck Cottage.

'What We Do' Main Pages:

We have two RotaKids clubs, based in two of our local Primary schools. It is never too early to start making a difference in the community and RotaKids give those aged 7 - 12 the chance to do just that...
