District Mealpack

The 2019 district mealpack was hosted by Glossop Rotary on 14th April 2019 at Glossopdale School, Hadfield, Glossop
The aim was to pack at least 60,000 meals in a one-day event.
This multi-club event aimed to tackle hunger issues in both local and international communities. By partnering with the Trussell trust we supported local food banks in the North West at the same time as packaging for school feeding programmes in Sub-Saharan Africa.Rotary Glossop agreed to host the event on behalf of the district and secured the use of the local school for the event.
