This page contains general administrative resources and information for use by Clubs and District Officers.  Some of the resources will be on this page.  You will need to log in to the Members Only part of the website to access others.  If you have ideas for information that you would like available or have difficulty with these resources please contact the District Secretary.

These calendars contains dates when Club meetings need to be held and information for use by Club and District Officers. Some of the resources will be on this page. Dates for District meetings are also in this document HOWEVER PLEASE ALWAYS CHECK the Events list (via the Home Page) on this website for any changes to these dates.

Collated Charter Dates 

 

This is to help clubs plan the year ahead and avoid arranging events that might clash with a neighbouring clubs Charter event. 

For full details of Charter events, including venues and time please go the Charter dates menu found at the top right of the Home Page of the District website.  Clubs should still update their Charter details in the normal way on their  club website.  Please notify the District Secretary of any amendments to the files below.

Members Only Resources - found by logging into the Members Only part of the District website

 

To access Members Only resources log onto your club website.  On the left hand side of the screen that is now displayed is an option for Read DISTRICT 'Members Only' Reports.  Select this and a list of reports will be displayed.  Select the report for Administration Resources dated 2 May 2010.  The following resources are available on this page.
