Deborah is Town Clerk for the Billericay Town Council. Deborah joined Billericay Town Council in January 2014. Prior to that she had been combining two roles, Parish Clerk at High Ongar for 3 1/2 years and Deputy Clerk at Doddinghurst for 6 1/2 years.
